Welcome to Wang De Chuan Tea!

These Membership Terms and Conditions of Use (Membership Terms) apply to your use of and registration with Wang De Chuan Tea as a member. By browsing, accessing and/or using any part of this Website and/or using any of the services provided via this Website and/or purchasing or attempting to purchase any product or service on this Website, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms as modified from time to time by us and thereby be legally bound by these Terms and modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site. If, at any time, any part of the Terms and Conditions is no longer acceptable to you, please immediately terminate your use of the Site.

Registrant Information

You do not need to pay any fee to register or maintain your membership. When registering with The Company, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. We may use the information you provide to update you on our latest deals and promotions via email or phone. You agree to provide The Company with any updates to that information promptly after such changes occur.

Right to Change, Modify or Delete the Terms and Conditions

1. Wang De Chuan Tea does not collect, use and process Personal Data except when voluntarily provided by you. We ensure compliance by our staff with strict standards of security and confidentiality and in using, disclosing and processing your Personal Data we pledge to fully comply with industry recognized standards of privacy protection.

2.1. Wang De Chuan Tea collects and uses Personal Data only for specific and limited purposes which we inform you when you wish to order our goods, use certain services and to join or use Wang De Chuan's Membership Program, including but not limited to the following, when you

(a) Apply to be a registered user of the Website;

(b) Use the services of the Wang De Chuan Membership Program;

(c) Visit or access the Website that can be accessed without the need for registration;

(d) Conduct any online shopping;

(e) Make an online purchase through the websites of our third party service providers, or such other service provider that Wang De Chuan Tea may use from time to time, including but not limited to 91 APP;

(f) Enter promotions or contests that are available to you without having to be a registered user of the Website;

(g) Subscribe to our mailing list for either email subscription or postal promotions;

(h) Submit a comment, question or feedback to us using a “Contact Us” or similar feature on the Website, send us an email, or in any other way, submit Personal Data to us via the Website; and

(i) Submit your Personal data to Wang De Chuan Tea for any other reason.

2.2. In addition, we may use your Personal Data to evaluate the effectiveness of and improve our services to our visitors and customers, for our own internal statistics to evaluate customer interests as well as purchasing and other trends among customers and to better determine product development and marketing strategies.

We collect and use your Personal Data to allow us to provide services and/or offer you programs, including Wang De Chuan Tea Membership Program, and to customise and improve our services, programs and online shopping.   • To process and manage your application, shopping order, payment or otherwise;
  • To register you as a Wang De Chuan Member under the Wang De Chuan Membership Program;
  • To administer the Wang De Chuan Membership Program;
  • To fulfil your requests for online shopping and ship the products to you;
  • To communicate with you, including any ongoing promotions;
  • To customize and personalize the contents of the Website;
  • To evaluate your preferences and facilitate future works on the Website;
  • To manage our internal infrastructure and business operations, including but not limited to where required for compliance with internal policies and procedures;
  • To conduct audits, reviews, and analyses of our internal processes;
  • To prevent, detect and/or investigate error, fraud, crime and criminal activity;
  • To protect and enforce our contractual and legal rights and obligations;
  • To respond to requests for information from government or public agencies, regulatory authorities or other similar authorities or non-government agencies authorised to carry out specific Government services or duties;
  • To ensure our compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and codes of practices; and

3.3 We may share the above information with third-party companies that we use to provide our Service, including but not limited to 91 APP, couriers, shipping companies, and insurance companies, in order to ensure that the Shipment is correctly delivered to the recipients on a timely manner. We may also contact the recipients using the above information to notify and keep them updated regarding the information of Shipment (i.e. tracking number, courier company, and delivery status updates), to obtain feedbacks in respect of the courier service, suggestions for improvement of our Service, and any information that may facilitate the delivery of the Shipment.

3.4 It is your voluntary decision as to whether or not to provide the information as requested on the Website. However, if you do not provide such information and/or data, we may not be able to provide certain Services, and your use of the Website and our Services would be limited as a result.
